Dr. Meghan Sills (formerly Dr. Gannon) was born and raised in Andover, Massachusetts, where she excelled in the sciences and music. She attended Washington and Lee University in Lexington, Virginia, as a chemistry major and principle 'cellist of the university orchestra all four years. She was a member of the Pre-med Honor Society, Alpha Epsilon Delta and a Chi Omega Sorority, graduating with Magna Cum Laude honors in Chemistry.
Dr. Sills attended Wake Forest University School of Medicine in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. There, she developed her passion for family medicine with guidance from exceptional mentors. She was President of the Family Medicine Interest Group, President of the Say Ahhh’s women’s a capella group and won the Excellence in Family Medicine Award at graduation. She graduated in the top 15% of her class.
Dr. Sills moved across the country for an opportunity to study at the Mayo Clinic Family Medicine Residency program in Scottsdale, Arizona. There, she honed her procedural skills and passion for chronic disease management as well as women’s and adolescent health care. Upon graduating, she was awarded the Resident Teacher Award for her devotion to medical education.
When first moving to Spring Hill in 2009, Dr. Sills worked in a traditional practice in Spring Hill until 2016 when she founded MRMG's All Access Medicine. This is where she developed a love for the DPC style of practice. She has been nominated multiple times and in 2020 won the Spring Hill/Thompsons Station Best Physician Award. She enjoys her influential role as a clinical professor for 3rd and 4th year medical students who rotate through her practice from Lincoln Memorial University- DCOM. She is honored to be a American Academy of Family Physicians National speaker, providing her with the opportunity to share her expertise with her peers and colleagues.
When not in the office, you can find Dr. Sills often on a bike ride or traveling with her husband, J.B.. Weekends are spent with her children, Will, Wyatt, Blakeley and JP either on the soccer, baseball or football fields.
She loves the fact that she both lives and works in this community. She finds it an honor to work with you to improve your health and can’t wait to get started!

As Vice President and Chief Operations Officer of Simply Better Medicine, J.B. combines his vast knowledge of business with his passion for helping others. “Our work and personal life merges into an amazing balance of service, team building, growth and genuine love for our family, Simply Better Medicine Members, friends and our community.” Aside from day-to-day work responsibilities, J.B.’s primary focus is family. Travel, competing in sporting events, guitar, piano, watching his family (Meg, Blakeley, JP, Will, and Wyatt) grow stronger and excel every single day are what bring him the most joy. “People laugh when I mention relaxing. They know that my mind and body are always racing and that I enjoy being busy. As a six-member family, we definitely have lots of fantastic moving pieces in this life we share. The most amazing part is the unconditional love and support we provide for each other. Wouldn’t have it any other way!”
